ME crashin during opening a project

Hi All

Since few days I have a problem with AME . when I try to export a project form Adobe Pro it's crashing when it's trying open a project file with no warning. When just trying to open it it's work fine loading and no crash . I try to reinstall it remove casch file etc nothing help .

Lenowo Yoga 9i Pro 16 GB RAM dedicated RTX 4050

Hi, sorry to hear you are facing craches. So is it AME or Premiere that crashes? Do you get a crash reporter dialog after the crash? Does AME crash, when importing the project stand alone without Premiere opened? Do you work with native sequence import enabled (you'll find the settings in the preferences)? Thx

it's AME crashing . I'm able to export sequence when I do not use AME .no dialog box poping up during or after crash . when I import project directly to AME - AME crush as well . Native Sequence import is enabled .

I just tested your project in 24.6 Beta on my Surface Book 3 (Windows 11 21H2). I was able to open the project in Premiere Pro and AME and render it in any way. I needed to offline *.insv files on my machine and one DJI proxy, and four missing MOV previews.

Some more questions:

• Are your plug-ins "Insta 360 Reframe" and "Reduce Noise v5 (SR)" up-to date? Do you have any other third-party plugins? Could you try to disable them to see if the issue goes away?
• Did you try to delete or move your User/Documents/Adobe/Adobe Media Encoder/24.0 folder?
• Do you have antivirus software installed that somehow blocks AME or DynamicLink?
• Which versions of PPro/AME did you use? Did you also try in Beta?
