Having serious artifacting issues with anything with an alpha channel overlayed on a video. Rough pixelated black outlines on just the parts using alphas. This is only happening in Media Encoder, exports fine coming out of Premiere. I'd post an image but the parts that have problems are logos and I am not permitted to release that information. Anybody else having this problem?

The alpha channel videos were rendered out in After Effects using ProRes4444 (RGB + Alpha, Millions of colors+), then dropped into a ProRes422HQ timeline. Not seeing this error anywhere except Media Encoder.
