Media Encoder 2022 and now 2021 are completely broken

Last year when Adobe After Effects 2022 and Media Encoder launched, I couldn't get anything to render from Media Encoder, it either refused to even show up in Media Encoder or outright wouldn't even progress with rendering after spending a long time connecting to the dynamic link server.

Now, neither work. 2021 won't receive files and 2022 receives files (Sometimes) and won't even render them out.

I have been staring at this damn bar on and off all afternoon and I've restarted my computer twice.
