Media Encoder 2024 NOT WORKING

Media Encoder 2024 on my brand new PC Windows 11 Enterprise opens, but after that, 1 simple touch and it freezes. Need to fix this by Mon Jan 28, I do audio for TV.....LIVE.

I downloaded 23.6 and the same thing happens, it opens, the instantly freezes

Do you have any anti-virus or security software installed?

Try updating Windows.
If NVIDIA graphics, make sure to use the latest Studio Driver from NVIDIA (NOT the Game Driver).

Did this ever get fixed? I have the same problem. I updated everything on my computer, windows, and studio drivers. Nothing works. The new Illustrator does it too. I had to install  Ai 27.91 for it to work.

Please provide more details. What are your specs (OS, CPU, GPU, memory)? Which version of AME? What exactly happens? Can you provide a screen recording? Can you post the AME logs?
