Hi MarcusBrody,

We're sorry to hear about this. Let us know the type of media files you are working with (format/codec, frame rate & frame size) & the effects applied. Also, please share a screenshot of the Export Settings.

Thanks,
Sumeet

Hi Sumeet,

Thank you for your response. I have uninstalled v22 so I cannot send you a screen shot. Here are the basic file types and settings:

5 cameras (GoPro, Insta One X 2, InstaGo, Fuji XT3 and XT4)

All files are H265 at 4K or above

Minimal footage at 50 FPS (a few seconds)

Timeline and export is at 1080P/23.976

Did not change any audio settings

VBR 1 pass at 16 target

Motion Graphics minimal

LUTs for the Fuji footage

Basic color correct on all camera footage

Subtitles

I have exported the same types of projects before using v15.4 and usually takes about 20+ minutes to export a 10-minute project.

If you need more information, please let me know.

Thank you!

Marcus
