Media Encoder and After Effects wont open

So my Media Encoder 22.0 wont open and so does my After Effects 22.0.1

Its stuck at the starting process...

I already tried reinstalling both

Downgrade to CC2021 and it will work again :  )

The whole After Effects 2022 / Media Encoder 2022 connection is a big mess for me. Often Me and AE both freeze or even my whole Mac crashes when I try encoding things in Me.
