Media Encoder Buy - (lease / rent LoL)

what is the cheapest way I can use this software - is it single app / month ?

if so why is the software (media encoder) not in the drop down list -
Do i need to buy something else and get it bundled with ???

what app is cheapest & bundled with media converter
can someone please give me the basic steps I need to follow to get it  = PLS don't just paste the link to cloud purchases because i get lost there - soz i am a newby

Adobe Media Encoder is not available as a single app, it is bundled with Adobe Premiere Pro.

That means you need to subscribe to & install Adobe Premiere Pro to get Adobe Media Encoder.

Please install Adobe Creative Cloud desktop application from this link: Download Adobe Creative Cloud apps & install Adobe Premiere Pro. This document will help: Download and install Creative Cloud apps.
