Media encoder cc 2018 not starting on high sierra

Since a few days my Media encoder cc 2018 won't start up anymore. I did a re-install but without result.

Somebody knows a solution?

Sorry for the trouble. Most of the launch issues of Media Encoder are resolved with the recent fix. Please update Media Encoder to 12.1.1 using Creative Cloud app.
