Hey guys!
I'm trying to render a .mp4 of a 18944 x 40 LED video. Media encoder is automatically changing the dimensions to 16384x34 when rendering.
I've tried just about everything.
Within Media Encoder's export settings, clicking 'match sequence' doesn't work.
The video exportrs fine as a .mov, but that is not the spec the client needs. I've tried bringing the mov into AE and rendering that as a .mp4 and no luck there either. Any suggestions!???
