Media Encoder cs6 Queue Fails

Community Beginner ,
Jan 11, 2019 Jan 11, 2019

I use Production Premium cs6. I can export from Premire Pro, but now, if I choose to queue my exports and then attempt to encode the batch in Media Encoder, all the exports fail. When I check the AMEEncodingErrorLog.txt file, it states 'Could not read from the source. Please check if it has moved or been deleted' which is nonsense since I can export the same sequence by using 'Export' in PPro rather than 'Queue'.

Can anyone help?

Thanks in advance!

Hi there,

We're sorry for your issue.

  • Which version of Premiere Pro are you using?
  • Do you get this issue with a particular project or file?
  • Have you tried reinstalling the application?

Let us know if it helps.

Thanks,

Shivangi

Hi,

Thanks for your reply.

  • I am using Premiere Pro CS6.
  • It happens with every project - and has only just started happening.
  • Reinstalling - I haven;t tried this but this is a last resort.

Ok, uninstall with the Cleaner Tool and reinstall and tell us how it went.
