Hi,
I've not used Media Encoder for a few months, but now that i come back to it, it refuses to start. It provides error code 0XC0000005. I've removed the application and re-installed twice - once retaining preferences and once removing them.
Any ideas on how to fix are more than welcome. Full error copy below:

Hi philwantling,

Also, just adding that the Nvidia settings should be changed specifically for AME, not on global settings (just to avoid confusions). I tried that at first and the problem persisted, but changing that as shown below made the trick:

I'm seeing the same issue using a laptop with discrete NVidia graphics and PP CC 12.1.2, 12.1.1,
So, when using the integrated graphics, would I expect to see a degradation in performance vs using the discrete graphics?
Wait, I can answer that: yes, I would.
Has Adobe been able to resolve this issue? It looks like it's been going on for a year at this point.
Thanks,
Colin

Hello, I have a mac mini with an M1 processor (I do not have access to config nividia), therefore that does not work for my case, I have the Media encoder problem:
The media encoder was updated to the new version v22 and now I can't do any rendering, it doesn't even read the Projects, it stays checked in the blue progress bar.
please solution, I can't make any video!
