Media Encoder Export makes grain pixelated

I've recently switched to Premiere Pro to edit and I noticed that I could add grain and export it perfectly using Premiere. But when I tried to export with Media Encoder from After Effects it becomes pixelated.

I've checked different settings in all programs but I still can't identify the issue.

Any help at all would be appricated.

Sorry, but there's not enough information here to help.

What exact format and settings are you exporting from Premiere where you have a good looking image and what format and settings are you using from After Effects to Media Encoder that creates a poor image?

As a test, are you able to export a full resolution ProRes file from After Effects with no quality loss? What if you do the same thing in AME? Screenshots of settings and the low quality frames  vs. your AE Comp panel would help here.
