Media Encoder extremally slow on rendering

Hi,

So currently I'm trying to render a minute and thirty seconds video from After Effects so I'll be able to watch my project and upload it to YouTube later on. 

The project weight is 302MB and it takes about four to six hours to render it.

I'm unsure if it's because of one of the settings that I accidentally ticked or, if that's how Media Encoder works.

I previously attempted to render the project using the built-in feature with After Effects but it came out not working for some reason. 

My CPU is i7 11700k with 32GB ram DDR4 @ 4000MHz and the GPU is RTX 3090 24GB ,
