Media Encoder Failing in After Effects 22.1.1 and Premiere Pro 22.1.1

I'm getting an error message when trying to send a composition to Media Encoder from After Effects 22.1.1, and when I send a sequence from Premiere Pro.  I rolled back to 22.0. But this is shabby work folks! Please let me know what I can expect going forward.
