Media Encoder Fails no matter what i try

no matter what i do, media Encoder fails, it has been 2 months of this issue persisting.
i have tried older versions of ME, AE, reinstalling, remaking the project with new files, its only about 15 min long, i have tried changing every setting i can possibly think of and research. no solutions. i even tried to remake the project on another computer and the same thing happens, after 2-3 min of rendering, the file FAILS, i have no idea what is happening or why. 
im about DONE with this nonsene from Adobe.
Im using all current software, and my PC is able to handle the workload just fine. 
Does anyone have asolution to this problem??
Can Adobe get their butts in gear and work on fixing issues!

What are the complete computer specs, including hard drives (how many, what kind, what is on each, what capacity, and how full)?

Also what kind of GPU & what version of driver are you using?

using a GTX 3060 12gb and everything is Current, 48gb of Ram, 2 TB of storage

What graphics driver number?

Is it a Studio Driver?

Nothing is very full at all, around half capacity for the Storage, running an I7, gtx 3060 12 gb, 48gb of ram, 2 TB of storage, After effects just fails to render everything
