Media Encoder freezes every time

For the past couple of weeks Media Encoder has frozen a short way into the process on BOTH my laptop and desktop computers. Thankfully I can still export directly from Premiere Pro and wait for the file to finish encoding before proceeding. Major time loss. Both computers Dell PC's

Any Ideas for a fix? I have already reinstalled software on both PC's.

You may need to update the graphics driver.

All drivers and windows updates have been installed, as well as firmware
updates from Dell.

Having similar issues on Mac. AE to AME.
