Media Encoder get's stuck when mouse and keyboard are idle for a few minutes

I'm using Media Encoder ver: 24.4.1 but I've updated it multiple times since installing the 24 version and the issue persists.

I'm on the Windows 10 OS.

The encoder gets stuck every time I don't use my PC for about 5 to 10 minutes. That has been happening for months now, regardless of the project. If a project requires more than 5-10 minutes to render, and I'm not doing something on my PC while it's rendering, it's getting stuck every time. Then I need to restart my computer to be able to render again.

That's very annoying as I can't go idle from the computer as long as rendering is in process which is very inconvenient. I've never encountered this problem on other computers.

Anyone with the same issue. Have any idea about the problem?

Could it be the power options on your computer that causes this? Check the Power Options in the Control panel in your computer and see is the computer is set to Sleep and/or Hibernate after 5 to 10 minutes. If it is, set it to Never and see if the problem persists.

Sorry to hear this. We already fixed some cases starting with version 24.3, but your ‘sleep’ configuration still seems not to be affected. Please can you provide your ‘sleep/shutdown/monitor sleep’ configurations to help us reproduce your issue?

I'm sorry, I forgot to mention that I've already tweaked my power options, but it didn't help.
