Media encoder is not connecting to After effects

When I try to export compostion with after effects with Adobe media encoder it won't show up in Media encoder.

When I drag the comp directly it shows up in media encoder but stuck at  "Connecting to project" Screenshot attached.

My AE and Media encoder is Latest.
I"m using Windows 10.

We're sorry for the trouble. Would you mind testing the issue after disabling the Hardwate encoding under Preferences > Media?

I'm having the same problem. I tried disabling the Hardware encoding but it didn't help.
