Media Encoder not encoding audio (build 11.0.2.53)

Since I updated yesterday, none of my renders in the AME renders audio with video. I rebooted, still nothing. I uninstalled and reinstall, and rebooted... nothing. I have to render everything out of PP. 

UPDATE:  I can send from PP to the AME and render successfully.  I just cannot drag files into AME and expect it to render with audio.

Problem solved after I called Adobe. He had me close all adobe programs, then open C:\Users\dstack\AppData\Roaming\Adobe and change "common" folder to "old common"  then open up ame and encode.  It worked fine.
