Media Encoder Rendering paused/froze, but program responds

Media Encoder itself is responsive in that all the menu items are accessible and it is using normal levels of processing power.

However, both the "elapsed" and "remaining" time have paused and it seems that the render itself is frozen. It's not a terribly large project (Youtube 1080p Present, 15 min) and the freeze has been for well over 20 minutes.

I'd very much not like to redo the render so any help would be appreciated!
