Media Encoder Showing Black Screen in Output Preview

Trying to Encode a video that was digitally transferred from a VHS to an MOV. I need it to Encode to MPEG-2 but the file is not encoding only audio when I start the encoder and the output is in black. Picture below. Please and thanks for the help in advance.

Sorry for your issue. I understand that you are getting blank video after exporting

Have you tried a different format to export?

Please change the video renderer and then try export.

nope at least not currently. With the latest versions of premiere I get a render error with old ones I get a black screen
