Media Encoder stops rendering while using Premiere??

I have always edited while I am exporting videos. 

Now, for some reason, whenever I set something to export in Media Encoder and i go back to premiere, every time I press space to pause or play whatever video im working on, it also does it on Media Enconder. This has stopped me from working on premiere because i keep pausing and starting again my export. Anybody else experiences this?

This behavior depends on your Premiere Pro setting "Pause Meda Encoder queue during playback" in "Playback" tab.
