So the clip in question is:
A 4k ( 2160x3840) 25p clip from a new DJI Mavic 2 pro, its 31 seconds long, and 375MB in size.
The file plays all the way through smooth and fine in both VLC and windows media player so the file isnt corrupt.
How ever when ever I import it into premiere CC it doesnt work, wont preview, cant scan over it etc.
If I put the clip into the media encoder, either the latest 2018 version, or the older 2017 version, it will load in fine, and no matter which output file I select it converts through to about 10 percent, then stops. It doesnt crash right away, but just hits a wall. Then if I try and stop the conversion then it crashes and I need to force quit the program.
I tried doing a convertionin VLC and it goes right through and makes a new copy of the file, but when I import the new one it has the same issue as the origonal.
Any answers on what might the issue ?
