Media Encoder v 15.4.1 hung up on launch screen

For some reason every time I try to launch Media Encoder, it launches the splash screen and you can see the file load process happening until it gets to MHPC_initHelper.bundle. When it hits this item, it gets hung up and I just get the spinning wheel. 

I have not found a forum with a similar issue to this. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times, I've deleted cache, tried resetting things etc. Not sure what is happening with this one. 

Running 15.4.1 Any suggestions out there?

Hi Scott,

We'll look into this. Could you share your system info(OS, RAM, GPU, etc)?

Please test the issue after disabling the third party plug-ins. 

Move the Media Core folder to the Desktop and then try to relaunch the application.

Default location for Third Party Plug-ins:

For macOS

/library/application support/adobe/common/plug-ins/7.0/Media Core

For Windows

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Common\Plug-ins\7.0\MediaCore

Hi Shivangi, 

Thank you for replying to my initial post. I cannot be for sure if you're suggestion is what cleared up the issue or not. I was juggling too much at the time I was running tests and got sidetracked. However, a few days later I opened up Media Encoder fully and was able to utilize the app. 

Wanted to at least post a reply back to you. Thank you again for the suggestion and as far as I know my issue opening Media Encoder is resolved.
