Media Encoder v 15.4 Not Opening

Hello, 

Ever since I've updated my creative cloud to the 2021 version, I have been unable to open Media Encoder. The system freezes up and crashes everytime 'OCFX Plugin' displayed on the loading screen. My system is a 2020 Mac Mini running Big Sur v 11.1 with the M1 chip. Any help is appreciated!

Hi Tyler,

Sorry to hear about this. Have you installed any third-party plugins on your system? If so, please check if there is an updated version of the plugin available for Apple silicon at the plugin manufacturer's website. Also, you may navigate to  /Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/Plug-ins/7.0/MediaCore & temporarily move that plugin to desktop & then try to launch Media Encoder to check if it's working properly.
