Media Encoder won't open on my Mac

Whenever i try to open media encoder it shows up on my dock then quickly disappears, same thing happens when i try to queue it in After Effects. Please help!

I am sorry that you are not able to use Media Encoder on your Mac.

It could be an issue with the installation, have you tried re-installing the app?

Do you have Admin rights on this machine?

Yes, i have tried reinstalling the app multiple times and still nothing has opened.

I have admin rights on this machine.
