Cant open latest Media Encoder

Gets so far opening and then announces

'Encountered serious problem and cannot continue?

Have tried deleting and reinstalling application.

Hi Kartika

I upgraded to the latest version when I encountered the problem (it worked one day and suddenly stopped working the next?), but the problem persisted. I uninstalled and reinstalled - same problem

I'm on macOS Monterey 12.1 (imac)
