Media Encoder wont open, constantly crashes after latest update

Anoyone else having an issue where media encoder wont open at all? ive tried deleting the cache, deletes and reinstalled it, restarted the laptop and nothings worked. 

its running the latest versions of everthing on big sur Mac.

Any help would be great

Not a solution but i'm having the same problem on my macbook pro. Everything is updated to the latest version. 

I also am using media encoder on my imac and it is running slow but still working, also all updated to latest version.
