Hi there!
Sorry to hear that. Do you see any error codes or messages? Which version of both applications are you using?
Let us know.
Thanks,
Kartika

Hi, Thanks for your reply..There is no error code. It is just that the AME remains blank without taking up the queue triggered from AE. This is a very common issue that is reccurant always and then suddenly goes away and then it came back again. Kindly help in resolving it as I am always using the latest enterprise versions for all Adobe Licenses and still facing this issue. Thanks!

Hi..Did we arrive at any solution for this as this is still not working. Instead of 1 direct step of triggering AE composite files to AME I have to render first now in .mov format using Add to render queue and then take that file to AME to convert into .mp4 which is not a workaround. Please check the bugs associated with Dynamic link as to why AME won't take files directly from AE for rendering visuals as it used to be.

Thanks for writing back. Can you confirm the version of both applications? Could you try some suggestions mentioned here? https://helpx.adobe.com/after-effects/kb/after-effects-composition-export-error.html
Let us know how it goes.
Kartika
