Todos os vídeos estão com esse problema. Começa a realizar o upload, mas encerra com esse aviso.

Hello, 

We are aware of a problem that can cause YouTube uploads to fail. While we're working to fix it, I would suggest uploading exported videos manually to YouTube.

I'm but that's demanding a lot more time and in my workplace i upload 100 videos a day.

Definitely, and it's why we put the upload capability directly in the application. We are working with YouTube to get this fixed.
