I need to render mpeg4/DivX video.
How with ME?
Adobe Media Encoder can create a file that can be converted to DivX, but it cannot encode it directly.
So, you could export an H264 or H265 MP4 file from AME and then use DivX Converter to convert it.
There's an old menthod of exporting to DivX via the AVI file format if DivX Pro is installed. These instructions are for an old version of Premiere Pro and I'm not sure if they'll work with the current version: https://divx.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002275774-How-do-I-use-DivX-Pro-with-Adobe-Premiere-Pro-

Hey ricks80046527,
Welcome to the community! Media Encoder does support the MPEG4 codec. You can find it in the export settings, as shown in the attached screenshot. Is there any specific reason you want to render in that format? Do you want to transcode a video or render a project from After Effects or Premiere Pro? We're here to help.
Thanks,
Ishan
