new version does not work with my mpg files

Can someone help me to get Media Encoder 2018, since the new version does not work with my mpg files?

We appreciate you writing in. You can download the current version and the version before that from the Creative Cloud desktop application. Unfortunately, the installer for ver 2018 is no longer available.
