No audio when encoding with hap encoder 1.2.0

I found a link on a forum for the HAP encoder version 1.2.0. I used it to encode a file but the audio doesn't show up in the HAP encoded file. I used a ProRes HQ encoded file to convert to an Hap Q encoded file. When I check the audio pannel in Media Encoder it says "No applicable properties".

This looks like an issue with the encoder. You may want to contact the author of the encoder.
