No drop down option for "Create Ingest Preset"

I don't seem to have a drop down option for "Create Ingest Preset" in Media Encoder. When I click the plus symbol in the preset browser there is no drop down and it automatically opens up the window for creating the Encoding Preset only and I can't find another way to create an ingest preset without the use of this button nor anyone else who has had this problem. I even downloaded a proxy preset pack and neither the encoding or ingest preset would show up after importing as a possible work around. Is there a way to fix this button to show the drop down menu or maybe another way to access the "Create Ingest Preset" window?

Sorry for your issue. I understand that you are not getting any option to create ingest preset.

• Which version of Media Encoder are you using?
• Have you tried reinstalling the application?
