Not rendering video

Each time i try to render a video, thuis is the message I get. It simply fails each time.

Try turning off Hardware encoding.

How do you do that in media encoder?

Under the Video tab, go to Encoding Settings and uncheck Hardware Encoding.

I'm sorry, I'm not very good at this. I dont see a video tab. I'm in media encoder 2022. It's probaly sitting right in front of me and I'm overlooking it. Could you send me a screenshot?
