Not responding (spinning color wheel) for over 2 hours

I have five seconds left for a video to render and it's had the spinning color wheel and not responding for the last two hours. What should I do? The video is over 8 hours long and it took 70 hours to reach this point.

And now perhaps you see it can be imprudent to create a single, 8-hour video clip....for this very reason, what if there is an issue after rendering for DAYS. What if there is a power outage or something? I'd be really curious as to why one even needs an 8-hour video clip to start with. Must be an art exhibition or something?

Help us to help you. System specs? What format are you editing? What are the Export Settings being used? Premiere version?
