Panning Audio Correctly

We have a project where we have certain audio on Channel 1 (Panned -1 to the Left) and Channel 2 (Panned -1 to the Right). Our client says that they are hearing faint audio of Channel 1 on Channel 2 and audio of Channel 2 on Channel 1. Any suggestions to correct this?

I found the Audio ---> Modify and that seemed to fix it.
