picture shifted in rendering

hi all, 

have anyone encounter this issue while rendering. I render a 16:9 clip that looks and render completely fine in AE. 

However when i send to media encoder, it gives me issues, with the images shifted to the side (see images) .

Please make sure that you versions of After Effects and Adobe Media Encodeer do match.
