I'm moving this to the Media Encoder forum, which is the appropriate location for your question.

The Using the Community forum is for help in using the Adobe Support Community forums, not for help with specific programs. Product questions should be posted in the associated product community.

It would help if you could provide more information about your computer system and what you're trying to do. OS version, hardware specs, Media Encoder version, that sort of thing.
