Render Failure Element 3D in After Effects

I am suddenly not able to render an After Effects composition with an Element 3D layer (Videocopilot) in the composition. I can render everything else, and with still image of video footage backgrounds. But with Element 3D the Media Encoder either freezes, or starts producing crazy colors, or completely drops the layer with Element 3D, and all of them.

Hello. Sorry I'm late responding. I found out that my project required that I select the Quicktime format and the GoProCineform Codec to do the render. Also, it was best to render straight out of After Effects and not through the Media Encoder. Thanks for repsonding!

Hi there!

Sorry about the trouble. Could you let know your system details (OS, CPU, RAM, GPU)? Which version of both applications are you using?

Let us know,

Thanks,

Kartika
