Rendering in Media Encoder causing full system shutdown

As the title says, my computer seems to be crashing completely whenever I try rendering a video. Last week it would crash when rendering a 50 minute video so I thought it had been a memory issue, but now it seems to crash with videos as short as 3 minutes.

The only solution I've found so far is to render in Software Only. Pretty sure my GPUs are fine though, I've updated them to the latest version recently. My computer has an Nvidia 1060 GTX GPU and Intel i7 CPU, in case anyone is interested in specs.

Also, anyone know where I can render this externally, like a render farm for Premiere Pro projects? Need this urgently so I can finish a series of videos before the weekend ends.
