Reverse Telecine or IVTC settings in Media Encoder

Hi,

I am looking for some IVTC settings to reverse telecine a film, I've tried the simple solution of changing the frame rate from 29.97 to 23.976, but am still getting duplicate frames and dropping good frames. Is there anyone who has good experience in Media Encoder that could shed some light on some settings to properly IVTC?
