significantly smaller file then estimated file size

Hi,

I´am trying to export VR video, using encoder´s VR preset.

Source footage - MOV, DNxHR HQ, 19GB 4098x2048, 30fps, 885 Mb/s

The ME shows estimated file size 4,2GB (I increased target bitrate to max 240 and VBR 2 pass)

And the result is significantly smaller - 536 MB and horrible quality. 

(I am using NVIDIA Quadro P2000 and I set the hardware encoding, but software encoding does the same)

Any ideas?

Now reviewing the result file in MediaInfo app (by MediaArea), I can see the file is 32,9 Mb/s instead of targeting 240. Why is it different from what I set in encoder?
