Hi,

I'm stuck with this problem : I work on a 8K VR project onAfter Effects using BorisFx VR plugin...
Everything's find on After Effects but when attempt to export my film through AME, a got the previsualization with the message "This effects requires gpu  acceleration"...

I've already  choose "GPU Mercury Playback Engine acceleration (CUDA)" in AME preferences...

Could you help me please ?

Hi there,

 

Ideally, this error/notification appears when the graphics card is not being used for processing the GPU accelerated effect. I appreciate that you already took care of that. However, we need to check if the graphics card driver is update to the latest version or not.

  • Which GPU are you using?
  • Also, could you share your system details(OS version, RAM, CPU, etc)?

Hi! I found that AME avoid only this message if After Effects is launched... Weird, isn't it ? My GPU are GTX980 + RTX2080Ti - Windows 10 - 64Go ram - AMD Ryzen 7 2700X
