Unable to launch Media encoder

since this morning media encoder does not start up any more.  it blocks on "loading importer quicktime bundle"  Help !

Thanks. in the meantime I have already been able to solve the problem by deleting the entire app with mac cleaner and then downloading and installing the app again

I used the 2020 version, it worked long time good and then all of the sudden this problem appeared

But I hope that adobe will finaly solve this issue very soon, because it seems to be a problem for many people and it takes already long time.  sooner or later It will apear again if you don't solve it.
