Unable to login into YouTube from media encoder

Working on mac os big sur. with hebrew and english.

when trying to publish from premiere or media encoder directly to youtube I get a pop up window asking me to login.
I enter my email and recieve this message in hebrew which i google translate:

Unable to login
Your browser or application may not be secure.
Another browser must be used. If the browser you are currently using is supported, you can refresh the screen and try logging in again.

Don't understand what to do with this message.

Thanks for writing in. I understand you're trying to login to your YouTube account from the export settings.

Did you consider changing your default browser as suggested in the error message?
