Videos don't play on Samsung phones even with android presets

Hi, I have the website www.ridbedre.tv - but unfortunately the users with Samsung phones can't watch the videos - I tried a various presets in media encoder including the ones for android, but just gets the message: error, file can not be played - any good ideas?

Hi Lisah,

I am able to play video on a couple of devices but not on my Samsung mobile.

That is weird, please attach a screenshot of the export settings window.

Indeed it is very weird - and it seems to be only Samsung phones - at least I haven't heard of any others...yet!

Thank you so much for the answer - I have been advised to put out a version in webm in addition to the MP4 version that is already in the system, and it is beeing worked on now. the player has also been swithed two days ago and that solved the issue for some Samsung users, and on my own 2 Year old Galaxy tablet I solved the problem with installing Flash manually! But I cant ask the users to do that , since it has left app store.

Do you Think that webm will solve the issue for everybody?
