weird twitch glitch type thing that doesn’t show on my project

it won't go away. its perfectly fine in AR but when i transfer to AME it looks like a twitch shake.

Can you please share your system info? Like OS and version, CPU, RAM, GPU vRAM, Ae and AME version? Thanks. Are you using any 3rd party plug-ins? What is the export setting in AME? Thanks.

The plugins I used were; Twitch, Twixtor, Sapphire, Magic Bullet Looks,
RSMB. They were all downloaded from a plugin pack from my friend.
I use custom setting with H.264, the rest imported from my after effects
project.
