Why Is Media Encoder Render Time 9 Hours

I made a video like 50-55 seconds in After Effects but i cant render it in Media Encoder and i dont know why.I searched on youtube but cant fix my problem.Are my settings wrong??Pls help me I dont wanna wait 9 hours to 50 seconds video.

(Im using Macbook M2 Pro with 16gb Ram)

Try unchecking Maximum Render Quality in the Video tab of the export settings.

You don't need that checked.

What are your memory specs? Did you have a look while rendering? Looks like your machine is maxing out here.
