Ability to set resolution limit

It would be nice if there were a way to set the resolution limit for videos in Media Encoder, specifically the vertical dimension, and create a preset to handle this automatically.

For example, I have footage that is either 3840 x 2160 or 4096 x 2160 (or maybe another horizontal resolution x 2160). It would be nice to set the resolution limit for the vertical dimension to 1080, and the horizontal dimension would automatically adjust to maintain the original aspect ratio.

For this example, the result would be 1920 x 1080 and 2048 x 1080.

Handbrake has this capability, but queueing a bunch of videos isn't the easiest.
